    Debido A la relación que existe entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño docente, importante para la calidad de la enseñanza aprendizaje  decidimos realizar esta investigación para analizar la situación en el colegio 3071. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo y diseño correlacional, en una muestra de 32 docentes y utilizando el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman para la el análisis inferencial luego de recoger los datos en dos cuestionarios validados por 3 jueces expertos y media la confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente de Cronbach  concluimos que efectivamente existe relación moderada significativa entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño docente a juzgar por los resultados según el coeficiente de Rho Spearman (r = .506), y un nivel de significancia (p = .001<.05). por lo que si existe cultura organizacional en el centro, mayor será el desempeño de los docentes.

    Due to the relationship that exists between the organizational culture and teaching performance, important for the quality of teaching-learning, we decided to carry out this research to analyze the situation in school 3071. Through a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method and correlational design, In a sample of 32 teachers and using Spearman's Rho statistic for inferential analysis, after collecting the data in two questionnaires validated by 3 expert judges and mediating reliability through the Cronbach coefficient, we conclude that there is indeed a significant moderate relationship between culture. organization and teacher performance judging by the results according to the Rho Spearman coefficient (r = .506), and a level of significance (p = .001<.05). Therefore, if there is an organizational culture in the institution, the higher the performance of the teachers will be.
