  La investigación científica que se ha realizado tiene con fin el determinar la relación que existe entre el clima institucional y evaluación del desempeño docente en 3 instituciones educativas del nivel primario. Puente Piedra –Lima.

  El estudio parte de un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, de diseño no experimental de nivel descriptivo correlacional en el cual se trabajó con una población conformada por 45 docentes, Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron dos cuestionarios estructurados los cuales pasaron por un proceso de validación por juicio de expertos, así como por un proceso de fiabilidad de estos teniendo como resultados que ambos instrumentos son válidos y confiables.

  Los resultados obtenidos nos permiten rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptarla hipótesis investigadas pues se ha encontrado con el cálculo del Rho de Spearman de 0,559**. Además, según las pruebas de la independencia (***p < .000 por lo tanto se rechaza la hipótesis nula (Ho) y se acepta la hipótesis de investigación que dice: el Clima Institucional se relaciona con la evaluación del desempeño docente de 3 instituciones educativas del nivel primario.   The scientific research that has been carried out aims to determine the relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance in 3 institutions of primary level o degree of Puente Piedra district – Lima.

  The study is based on a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of non-experimental design at a correlational descriptive level, in which a population consisting of 45 teachers. For data collection, two structured questionnaires were prepared, which went through a process of validation by expert judgment, as well as a process of reliability of these, with the result that both instruments are valid and reliable.

  The obtained results allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the hypotheses investigated since it has been found with the Spearman's Rho calculation of 0,559 **. In addition, according to the independence tests (*** p <.000, therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted that says: Institutional Climate is related to the teaching performance of 3 institutions of primary level o degree of Puente Piedra district – Lima.
