Resumen de Nivel inferencial de la comprensión lectora y su relación con la producción de textos argumentativos

  El propósito del artículo es evidenciar la relación existente entre el nivel inferencial de la comprensión lectora y la producción de textos argumentativos en estudiantes de educación superior. El nivel inferencial de la comprensión lectora es la capacidad del lector de comprender lo leído con el fin de deducir información implícita a partir de lo explícito. La producción textual argumentativa implica postular argumentos que sostienen un punto de vista de forma cohesionada y coherente tomando en cuenta la estructura textual. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, con nivel descriptivo correlacional. La muestra probabilística reunió a 132 estudiantes de Estudios Generales de un Instituto Superior privado (SENATI). Los resultados muestran una correlación positiva directa mediante Rho de Spearman r=0,375 y un p-valor 0,001 entre el nivel inferencial de la comprensión lectora y los textos argumentativos. Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre el nivel inferencial de la comprensión lectora y la superestructura en la producción de textos argumentativos.

  The purpose of this article was to demonstrate the relationship between the inferential level of reading comprehension and the production of argumentative texts in higher education students. The inferential level of reading comprehension is the reader's ability to understand what is read in order to deduce implicit information from what is explicit. The argumentative textual production implies postulating arguments that support a point of view in a cohesive and coherent way, taking into account the textual structure. The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, with a correlational descriptive level. The probabilistic sample gathered 132 General Studies students from a private Higher Institute (SENATI). The results showed a direct positive correlation using Spearman's Rho r = 0.375 and a p-value 0.001 between the inferential level of reading comprehension and argumentative texts. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the inferential level of reading comprehension and the superstructure in the production of argumentative texts.
