Resumen de Liderazgo directivo y gestión administrativa de las instituciones educativas públicas del nivel inicial UGEL 01 de Lima

La investigación abordó las variables, liderazgo directivo y gestión administrativa con el propósito de mostrar el nivel de relación entre sí en los docentes del nivel inicial de la RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima. Planteada la hipótesis, existe relación directa entre variables. Por su naturaleza la investigación es de tipo básica, diseño descriptivo y nivel correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra se conformó por 102 docentes del nivel inicial. Se recopiló la información mediante la técnica del escalamiento, el instrumento fue la escala de Likert con 24 ítems para ambas variables. Los datos fueron procesados en tablas y figuras, se realizó el contraste de hipótesis, obteniendo un valor de r = 0,895, p- valor <0,05 para la hipótesis general. Las conclusiones permitieron afirmar que existe relación entre el liderazgo directivo y la gestión administrativa en las instituciones educativas públicas del nivel inicial RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima 2019. A mejor liderazgo directivo, mejor gestión educativa.

The research addressed the variables, managerial leadership and administrative management with the purpose of showing the level of relationship between each other in the teachers of the initial level of RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima. Having hypothesized, there is a direct relationship between variables. By its nature, the research is basic, descriptive design and correlational level, quantitative approach. The sample was made up of 102 initial level teachers. The information was collected using the escalation technique, the instrument was the Likert scale with 24 items for both variables. The data were processed in tables and figures, the hypothesis was tested, obtaining a value of r = 0.895, p-value <0.05 for the general hypothesis. The conclusions allowed us to affirm that there is a relationship between managerial leadership and administrative management in public educational institutions of the initial level RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima 2019. The better the managerial leadership, the better the educational management.
