Resumen de Corrupción y contratación de personal en el sector educación. Sistematización de referencias

  La corrupción está presente en los diferentes sectores de la Administración Pública, el sector Educación no es la excepción, un aspecto en donde se percibe es en el tema de las contrataciones de personal, sea directivo, docente o administrativos.    La finalidad de este estudio reside en realizar una revisión bibliográfica que aborde la contratación de personal como factor en el desempeño de los docentes en las diferentes etapas educativas, para dar solución a esta preocupación del ámbito educativo. Se realizó una revisión sistemática en Bases de Datos EBSCO, PROQUEST, SCOPUS de artículos científicos del período comprendido entre 2018 a 2021, de acuerdo a la Matriz PRISMA, tomando en cuenta criterios de inclusión: texto completo, originales en español o inglés, revisión de expertos, investigaciones cuantitativas, se excluyeron a los que eran similares, a los que trataban el tema de contratación de personal. La búsqueda se llevó a cabo utilizando las ecuaciones (Corrupción AND Contratación de personal) OR (corrupción AND contratación de personal directivo) OR (Corrupción AND contratación de personal docente) se incluyeron en total 60 artículos. Se encontró relación significativa entre corrupción y contratación de personal. Se hace necesario realizar más estudios para profundizar lo presentado.

  Corruption is present in the different sectors of the Public Administration, the Education sector is no exception, one aspect where it is perceived is in the issue of hiring staff, whether managerial, teaching or administrative.

  The purpose of this study is to carry out a systematic review that addresses the hiring of personnel as a factor in the performance of teachers in the different educational stages, to solve this concern in the educational field. A systematic review was carried out in EBSCO, PROQUEST, SCOPUS databases of scientific articles from the period between 2018 to 2021, according to the PRISMA Matrix, taking into account inclusion criteria: full text, originals in Spanish or English, revision of experts, quantitative research, those that were similar were excluded, those that dealt with the issue of hiring personnel. The search was carried out using the equations (Corruption AND Hiring of staff) OR (corruption AND hiring of managerial staff) OR (Corruption AND hiring of teaching staff), a total of 60 articles were included. A significant relationship was found between corruption and hiring of personnel. It is necessary to carry out more studies to deepen what has been presented.
