El estado de la agricultura a partir de 1700, con la llegada de la nueva dinastía al trono, se convirtió en principal preocupación de la monarquía española. Dando como resultado la publicación de extensos memoriales y promulgación de leyes, con el objetivo de acabar con un problema tan acuciante como era la producción agraria desde una perspectiva política, económica y social.Por este motivo, partiendo de la necesidad de un profundo análisis de ladocumentación citada, el presente trabajo pretende analizar las obras de diversos autores que no han sido tan estudiados por la historiografía y que formaron parte de una corriente de pensamiento imperante en España, pero también en toda Europa. Por último, plantear que se llevó a cabo de todas esas propuestas y cuál fue el resultado real de la reforma agraria ilustrada del XVIII español.

The state of agriculture from 1700 onwards, with the arrival of the new dynasty to the throne, became the main concern of the Spanish monarchy. This resulted in the publication of extensive memorials and the enactment of laws, with the aim of putting an end to the pressing problem of agricultural production from a political, economic and social perspective.For this reason, based on the need for an in-depth analysis of theaforementioned documentation, this paper aims to analyse the works of various authors who have not been studied as much by historiography and who formed part of a current of thought that prevailed in Spain, but also throughout Europe.Finally, the aim is to consider what became of all these proposals and what was the real result of the enlightened agrarian reform of the 18th century in Spain.
