Comunicación interna en la calidad de la gestión administrativa en las II.EE. del nivel secundaria de la red 09 de Puente Piedra-Lima -2014

    La investigación científica tiene por título la comunicación interna en la  calidad de la gestión administrativa en las II.EE. del nivel secundaria de la RED 09 de Puente Piedra. La población estuvo conformada por 150 docentes y la muestra es 75 docentes,  el diseño de la investigación es descriptivo, causal correlacional, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron dos cuestionarios estructurados como medición y los instrumentos cumplen con las cualidades de validez y confiabilidad.

    En la estructura de investigación comprende el primer capítulo, planteamiento del problema, formulación del problema, los objetivos, la justificación, las hipótesis, la identificación y clasificación de variables. El segundo, presenta antecedentes, base teórica y términos básicos y el tercero, aborda la operacionalización de las variables, tipificación, estrategias, población e instrumentos de recolección de datos. El cuarto, tiene proceso de contratación de hipótesis, presentación, análisis e interpretación de los datos y la prueba de hipótesis y finaliza con las conclusiones, recomendaciones, bibliografía y anexos.

    Los resultados obtenidos nos permiten llegar a la siguiente conclusión, de acuerdo a la prueba de Ch2 el resultado de Correlación muestra con un índice de, 0.953, es decir 95.3%, con un índice de libertad de ,047 o 4.7%, con lo que se valida la hipótesis alterna que dice: “La comunicación interna se relaciona con la  calidad de la gestión administrativa en  las II.EE. del nivel secundaria de la RED 09 de Puente Piedra-Lima -2014”.

    The scientific research has as its title the internal communication in the quality of the administrative management in the II.EE. Of the secondary level of the RED 09 of Puente Piedra. The population consisted of 150 teachers and the sample is 75 teachers, the design of the research is descriptive, correlational causal, cross-sectional. For the data collection, two structured questionnaires were made as a measurement and the instruments comply with the validity and reliability qualities.

    In the research structure it includes the first chapter, the problem statement, the formulation of the problem, the objectives, the justification, the hypothesis, the identification and classification of variables. The second, presents background, theoretical basis and basic terms and the third, addresses the operationalization of variables, typing, strategies, population and data collection instruments. The fourth has a process of contracting hypotheses, presentation, analysis and interpretation of data and hypothesis testing and ends with conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes.

    The results obtained allow us to reach the following conclusion, according to the Ch2 test the result of Correlation shows with an index of 0.953, that is 95.3%, with a freedom index of, 047 or 4.7%, with which The alternative hypothesis is validated: "Internal communication is related to the quality of administrative management in II.EE. Of The Secondary Level Of RED 09 Of Puente Piedra-Lima -2014 ".
