Resumen de Anchieta gramático: a ecologia do contato de línguas na América portuguesa e os fonemas [b] e [p] mediais e finais na língua tupinambá

  Consiste o artigo em estudo historiográfico sobre a Arte de gramática da língua mais usada na costa do Brasil, cujo autor foi o missionário e humanista S. José de Anchieta (1534-1597). O estudo tem como tema a descrição do gramático quinhentista dos metaplasmos relacionados aos fonemas [b] e [p] mediais e finais na língua tupinambá, um dos temas do segundo capítulo de sua gramática missionária (ANCHIETA, 1595; ZWARTJES, 2011). Nossa investigação apoia-se na fundamentação teórica da Historiografia da Linguística, pelos modelos de Konrad Koerner (1996) e de Pierre Swiggers (2013), e interdisciplinarmente na Ecolinguística (COUTO, 2007), pelo conceito de ecologia de contato de línguas, para a análise da descrição gramatical. Como método de trabalho com o corpus selecionado empregamos a Crítica Textual, utilizando três edições: a editio princeps de 1595, a tradução alemã de Platzmann, a Grammatik der Brasilianische Sprache de 1874, e a edição mais recente de Armando Cardoso de 1990.

  The article consists of a historiographical study of the art of grammar of the most used language on the coast of Brazil, whose author was the missionary and humanist S. José de Anchieta (1534-1597). The subject of this study is the sixteenth-century grammarian’s description of the metaplasms related to the medial and final [b]- and [p]-phonemes in the Tupinambá language, one of the subjects of the second chapter of his missionary grammar (ANCHIETA, 1595, ZWARTJES, 2011). Our study is based on the theoretical foundation of the historiography of linguistics, through the models of Konrad Koerner (1996) and Pierre Swiggers (2013), and interdisciplinary with the ecolinguistics (COUTO, 2007), through the concept of language contact ecology, to analyse the grammatical description. As a method for working with the selected corpus, we applied textual criticism, using three editions of the grammar: the editio princeps of 1595, the German translation by Platzmann, the Grammar of the Brazilian Language of 1874, and the most recent edition by Armando Cardoso of 1990.
