    En el Boletín Oficial de 26 de diciembre de 2023 se publicó el decreto de necesidad y urgencia (DNU) Nº 70/2023, titulado “Bases para la reconstrucción de la Economía Argentina”. Entre sus múltiples materias, se incluyeron un nutrido grupo de disposiciones dentro del Título IV “Trabajo” que significan una de las reformas más profundas que haya tenido el Derecho del Trabajo en el país. Una de las novedades es, sin duda, el llamado fondo de cese laboral (FCL) destinado a reemplazar el régimen de indemnización por despido sin causa.

    In the Official Gazette of December 26, 2023, the decree of necessity and urgency (DNU) Nº 70/2023 was published, titled “Bases for the reconstruction of the Argentine Economy”. Among its many subjects, a large group of provisions were included within Title IV “Labour” that represent one of the most profound reforms that Labour Law has had in the country. One of the novelties is the severance fund (FCL) intended to replace the compensation regime for dismissal without cause.
