La incompatibilidad Rh en el embarazo sucede cuando la madre gestante tiene un grupo sanguíneo Rh negativo y el bebe es Rh positivo. Se trata de una condición presente en algunos embarazos, la cual es necesaria diagnosticar, controlar y tratar en los casos necesarios, ya que sin los cuidados sanitarios pertinentes puede producirse la isoinmunización de la gestante y tener consecuencias graves fetales, como es el desarrollo de la enfermedad hemolítica perinatal. Rh incompatibility in pregnancy occurs when the pregnant mother has an Rh negative blood group and the baby is Rh positive. It is a condition present in some pregnancies, which must be diagnosed, controlled and treated, when necessary, since without the relevant health care, isoimmunization of the pregnant woman can occur and have serious fetal consequences, such as the development of perinatal hemolytic disease.
