Resumen de Implicaciones en el desarrollo de la tutoría remota en educación básica y secundaria

  Debido a la pandemia del Covid-19, fue necesario el ajuste al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje: cambiar de modelo epistémico, contexto de estudio, estrategias, rol, funciones y la manera de evaluación de los docentes- tutores, en educación básica y secundaria en este caso. Objetivo: Describir las implicaciones en el desarrollo de la tutoría remota en educación básica y secundaria facilitada por las plataformas tecnológicas. Métodos: Inductivo, deductivo,  descriptivo  y  analítico,  mediante  un  enfoque  exploratorio,  transeccional  y  análisis  cuantitativo. Resultados: indican una revisión profunda en algunos indicadores, relacionados con el rol, funciones, y competencias, que los docentes-tutores deben manejar tomando en cuanto que son estudiantes de educación básica primaria y secundaria que necesitan de acompañamiento continuo en todo el proceso. Conclusiones: Se deben generar las condiciones tecnológicas, de conexión, el desarrollo de capacitaciones, el apoyo institucional y de artefactos electrónicos a los docentes-tutores, e incrementar el presupuesto educativo.

  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was necessary to adjust the teaching and learning process: change the epistemic model, study context, strategies, role, functions and the way of evaluation of the teacher-tutors, in basic and secondary education in this case. Objective: Describe the implications in the development of remote tutoring in basic and secondary education facilitated by technological platforms. Methods: Inductive, deductive, descriptive and analytical, through an exploratory, transectional approach and quantitative analysis. Results: indicate an in- depth review of some indicators, related to the role, functions, and competencies, that the teacher-tutors must handle considering that they are students of basic primary and secondary education who need continuous accompaniment throughout the process. Conclusions: The technological and connection conditions, the development of training, institutional support and electronic devices for teachers-tutors should be generated, and the educational budget should be increased.
