    El propósito fundamental de este trabajo de fin de máster es analizar de manera crítica y legal la lucha global contra el tráfico de droga, observando el marco jurídico y su tipificación de los delitos del narcotráfico que se encuentran señalados en los cuerpos legales pertinentes, además analizar el derecho internacional y su aplicación en cuanto al tema planteado y como afecta indirecta o directamente la estabilidad política de los países.

    En igual sentido se realizará el estudio de derecho comparado, haciendo énfasis en los países de Ecuador y España donde se analizarán los roles de cada país, en la lucha internacional contra el tráfico de drogas.

    Respecto a la metodología aplicada al presente trabajo corresponde a la cualitativa-analítica, ya que se realizará un estudio profundo sobre la lucha internacional del tráfico de drogas, involucrando normativa internacional y de derechos humanos, con la finalidad de establecer y desarrollar las conclusiones obtenidas del presente estudio.

    The present Master's Final Project has the main objective of the critical and legal development of the international fight against drug trafficking, observing the legal framework and its classification of drug trafficking crimes that are indicated in the pertinent legal bodies, in addition to analyzing the international law and its application regarding the issue raised and how it indirectly or directly affects the economic political stability of the countries.

    In the same sense, the study of comparative law will be carried out, emphasizing the countries of Ecuador and Spain where the roles of each country will be analyzed in the international fight against drug trafficking.

    Regarding the methodology applied to this work, it corresponds to the qualitative-analytical one, since an in-depth study will be carried out on the international fight against drug trafficking, involving international regulations and human rights, in order to establish and develop the conclusions obtained from the study. present study.
