    El objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar un sistema de información para la gestión de recursos informáticos. La investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados arrojaron que mediante la implementación (técnica) de la aplicación informática concluida y que formará parte del departamento de Telemática, favorecerá la automatización de la mayoría de los procesos y actividades del departamento de Telemática. Se puede concluir que actualmente la competitividad en las Empresas en un mundo globalizado, están poniendo de manifiesto la necesidad de que nuestra institución reconozca el valor estratégico de la innovación y mediante esto se incorporen técnicas y herramientas para la gestión de los recursos, mismos que ayudaran a engrandecer a la Institución. Con el sistema implementado esperamos que la Institución cumpla y entre a la par de la innovación tecnológica que se presentan actualmente en las Empresas.

    The objective of the research was to design an information system for the management of computer resources. The research was quantitative approach. The results showed that through the (technical) implementation of the completed computer application that will be part of the Telematics department, it will favor the automation of most of the processes and activities of the Telematics department. It can be concluded that currently the competitiveness of companies in a globalized world are highlighting the need for our institution to recognize the strategic value of innovation and through this incorporate techniques and tools for resource management, which will help to enhance the Institution. With the system implemented, we hope that the Institution complies and enters on a par with the technological innovation that is currently presented in the Companies.
