Resumen de Evaluación técnica del software de control de activos informáticos

  El objetivo de esta investigación, es evaluar técnicamente la calidad del software para el control de los activos informáticos, en Uniandes Puyo en el periodo Enero-Mayo del año 2019. El tipo de investigación fue cualitativo, partiendo desde un análisis general del software. Los resultados indicaron que la aplicación arduino bajo plataforma raspberry debe reprogramarse con lenguajes de programación visuales porque el lenguaje arduino es muy limitado para manejar el volumen de activos informáticos. En conclusión, la calidad del producto del software para el control de activos informático, cumple con un porcentaje bajo de las características de la calidad en uso, seleccionado este producto en base al estudio realizado se puede decir que este tiene un nivel inaceptable. El software para el control de activos informáticos de Uniandes Puyo que fue evaluado a través de la norma ISO/IEC 9126-4, no cumple con los requerimientos del usuario este no garantiza su uso.

  The objective of this research is to technically evaluate the quality of the software for the control of computer assets, in Uniandes Puyo in the period January-May of the year 2019. The type of research was qualitative, starting from a general analysis of the software. The results indicated that the arduino application under the raspberry platform should be reprogrammed with visual programming languages because the arduino language is very limited to handle the volume of computing assets. In conclusion, the quality of the software product for the control of computer assets, meets a low percentage of the characteristics of the quality in use, selecting this product based on the study carried out, it can be said that it has an unacceptable level. The software for the control of computer assets of Uniandes Puyo that was evaluated through the ISO / IEC 9126-4 standard, does not meet the user's requirements, it does not guarantee its use.
