Resumen de Las Tics y la administración tributaria en el sector textil

  El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la incidencia del uso de las TIC´S para el cumplimiento de obligaciones en la Administración Tributaria en las pequeñas empresas del Sector Textil del cantón Ambato. Según el alcance la investigación se realizó de forma descriptiva se empleará para detallar como son los fenómenos, situaciones y eventos, además buscará especificar características y rasgos relevantes analizarse. Los resultados reflejaron que la mayor parte de los encuestados manifestaron que rara vez el sistema tributario es de fácil comprensión por cuanto la normativa tributaria se dificulta al momento de interpretarla y aplicarla. En conclusión, se comprobó que la utilización de las TIC´s es de gran relevancia; por tal razón, la administración tributaria ecuatoriana ha implementado desde hace varios años un portal web; el cual posee múltiples aplicaciones y herramientas para que los contribuyentes puedan acceder a la información.

  The objective of the present investigation is to determine the incidence of the use of ICTs for the fulfillment of obligations in the Tax Administration in small companies of the Textile Sector of the Ambato canton. According to the scope of the investigation, it was carried out in a descriptive way, it will be used to detail how the phenomena, situations and events are, and it will also seek to specify relevant characteristics and traits to be analyzed. The results reflected that most of the respondents stated that the tax system is rarely easy to understand because the tax regulations are difficult when interpreting and applying them. In conclusion, it was found that the use of ICTs is of great relevance; For this reason, the Ecuadorian tax administration has implemented a web portal for several years; which has multiple applications and tools so that taxpayers can access the information.
