Resumen de Estructura administrativa y contable de una empresa

  El objetivo de esta investigación es diseñar una estructura administrativa y contable de la empresa Jardín Travel SAS para poder establecer su personería jurídica. La investigación fue descriptiva porque identificó las principales características de la empresa Jardin-Travel S.A.S en la provincia de Pastaza y Napo. Los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas confirmaron que las actividades orientadas a mejorar la competitividad y la productividad de las empresas El Jardín Hotel & Restaurant Y El Jardín Lodge & Spa, fueron satisfactorios, sirviendo de base para la creación de la nueva empresa. Como conclusión, se obtuvo que partir de las valoraciones que ofrecieron los encuestados se configuró las funciones básicas del modelo a utilizar basado en las ventas y el marketing, las operaciones que necesitan llevar a cabo para cumplir con la producción y/o los servicios eficientemente, y la función financiera y administrativa que asegura que la infraestructura se mantenga y pueda desarrollarse.

  The objective of this research is to design an administrative and accounting structure for the company Jardín Travel SAS in order to establish its legal status. The research was descriptive because it identified the main characteristics of the company Jardin-Travel S.A.S in the province of Pastaza and Napo. The results of the applied surveys confirmed that the activities aimed at improving the competitiveness and productivity of the companies El Jardín Hotel & Restaurant and El Jardín Lodge & Spa, were satisfactory, serving as the basis for the creation of the new company. In conclusion, it was obtained that from the evaluations offered by the respondents, the basic functions of the model to be used based on sales and marketing were configured, the operations that need to be carried out to comply with production and/or services efficiently, and the financial and administrative function that ensures that the infrastructure is maintained and can be developed.
