El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la Cooperativa de ahorro y crédito “JUAN PIO DE MORA”. Según el alcance de la investigación fue descriptiva, porque nos permite identificar el problema con el que cuenta actualmente la institución. Los Resultados demostraron que muchos de los trabajadores no tienen el apoyo para su desarrollo personal, esto mejoraría si se les presta más atención a sus deseos de superación apoyándoles en sus estudios, cursos o capacitaciones para que puedan tener mejores oportunidades. En conclusión, la mayoría de los trabajadores manifestaron que no se sienten valorados por sus logros personales, esto cambiaria si se les otorgase un bono por su buen desempeño, si alcanzan las metas establecidas se les retribuiría con un incentivo económico y a aquellas personas que se destacaron en su trabajo se les reconocería con un incentivo material.

The objective of the research is to analyze the job satisfaction of the workers of the "JUAN PIO DE MORA" Savings and Credit Cooperative. According to the scope of the investigation, it was descriptive, because it allows us to identify the problem that the institution currently has. The Results showed that many of the workers do not have support for their personal development, this would improve if more attention is paid to their desire to improve, supporting them in their studies, courses or training so that they can have better opportunities. In conclusion, the majority of workers stated that they do not feel valued for their personal achievements, this would change if they were granted a bonus for their good performance, if they reach the established goals they would be rewarded with an economic incentive and those people who stood out in their work would be recognized with a material incentive.
