Resumen de Mejora continua en el desempeño de funciones del área administrativa de una institución pública

  El objetivo del presente artículo es proponer la mejora continua en el desempeño del personal administrativo del Registro Civil de Chimborazo. Según el alcance, se realizó una investigación descriptiva, para identificar y dar solución al problema en el desempeño del área administrativa. Los Resultados reflejaron que la totalidad del personal administrativo conoce cuáles son sus funciones, más sin embargo no cumplen sus funciones dentro del cargo asignado, tampoco puede realizar todas las actividades en el área administrativa dentro de las 8 horas diarias de trabajo. Del personal administrativo 3 personas tienen nombramiento o contrato administrativo y las 6 personas realizan dos actividades operativas y administrativas. Como conclusión, se obtuvo que facilitar herramientas para identificar los problemas de cada uno de los procesos administrativos, permitirá al personal, minimizar tiempos en las tareas, organizar los tiempos de trabajo en las áreas administrativas y operativas, con la finalidad de cumplir los objetivos.

  The objective of this article is to propose the continuous improvement in the performance of the administrative staff of the Civil Registry of Chimborazo. According to the scope, a descriptive investigation was carried out to identify and solve the problem in the performance of the administrative area. The Results reflected that all the administrative personnel know what their functions are, but nevertheless they do not fulfill their functions within the assigned position, nor can they carry out all the activities in the administrative area within the 8 daily hours of work. Of the administrative staff, 3 people have an administrative appointment or contract and the 6 people carry out two operational and administrative activities. As a conclusion, it was obtained that providing tools to identify the problems of each of the administrative processes will allow the staff to minimize task times, organize work times in the administrative and operational areas, in order to meet the objectives.
