  El objetivo de la presente investigación es, determinar la relación entre la cultura de aprendizaje organizacional y el rendimiento laboral de los empleados que trabajan en la Universidad Estatal Amazónica. La investigación fue descriptiva por qué se va a analizar la importancia que tiene la relación del aprendizaje organizacional y el rendimiento laboral de los servidores de la organización objeto de estudio. Los Resultados indicaron que en la institución si identifican las habilidades de sus colaboradores para realizar trabajos futuros y también el ayudarse mutuamente en el trabajo para cumplir con dicha tarea, es muy beneficioso para cualquier empresa o institución, ya que existen personas con habilidades complementarias que están comprometidas con un objetivo común. Como conclusión, se obtuvo que existe una correlación fuerte entre el aprendizaje organizacional y el desempeño laboral de los empleados de la Universidad Estatal Amazónica, también se demostró que influye mucho en el rendimiento laboral.

  The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational learning culture and the job performance of employees who work at the Amazon State University. The research was descriptive why the importance of the relationship between organizational learning and the work performance of the servers of the organization under study is going to be analyzed. The Results indicated that in the institution if they identify the skills of their collaborators to carry out future work and also help each other at work to fulfill said task, it is very beneficial for any company or institution, since there are people with complementary skills who are committed to a common goal. As a conclusion, it was obtained that there is a strong correlation between organizational learning and the work performance of the employees of the Amazon State University, it was also shown that it greatly influences work performance.
