  This article deals with the sharing of real estate by applications, seeking to discuss thelegalityof the issue in question, presenting solutions and aiming at resolving disputes. With that, weintend to explore the new virtual rental platform, observing with the trinomial: healthiness,secutity and quitness, reflecting on the perspectives of the mutability that this cause brings inthe current Society,and the benefitsbroghtby this. In addition,itwill be proposed thestandardizationofthetheme,demonstratingthatsuchactionwillbeessentialfortheperpetuation and developmentof this newform of location. Na exploratory research wasconducted, based on the bibliographic survey, regarding the Tenancy Agreement and TenancyLaw, as well as acquiring grounding through real estate magazines and catalogs. In addition,theinductive method was used, starting from the analysis of concrete situations of the use ofthis tool by Society, consequently, the expasion of technology in the current world. After thisstudy,itwasfoundthatthereisnaincreaseinthelocationofapplicationsbywayofexacerbation, since Society uses technology to perform the proper professional activities andissuesrelated to social welfare. It is concluded that the sharing of property by digital platformshas been developing and improving, providingbenefits to Society, encompassing flexbilityconvenienceandcostbenefit

  O presente artigo versa acerca do compartilhamento deimóvel, por aplicativos, buscandodiscutir a legalidade do tema em questão, apresentando soluções e objetivando a resolução delitígios. Com isso, pretende-se explorar a respeitoda nova plataforma virtual de locação deimóveis, observando com o trinômio:salubridade, segurança e sossego, refletindo sobre asperspectivas da mutabilidade que esta causa traz, na sociedade atual, e os benefícios trazidospor esse. Foi realizada uma pesquisa exploratória, baseada no levantamento bibliográfico, noque diz respeito ao Contrato de Locação e Lei do Inquilinato, além de adquirir embasamentoatravés de revistas imobiliárias e catálogos. Ademais, utilizou-se o método indutivo, partindoda análise de situações concretas do uso dessa ferramenta pela sociedade, consequentemente,daampliaçãoda tecnologia,nomundoatual.Apósarealizaçãodopresenteestudo,foiconstatado que há um crescimento das locações por aplicativos de forma exacerbada, já que asociedadeutilizadatecnologiaparadesempenharasdevidasatividadesprofissionaisequestões relacionadas ao bem-estar social.
