Resumen de Eficacia del gluconato de clorhexidina

  El principal objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la eficacia in vitro del colutorio de gluconato declorhexidina a diferentes concentraciones y su atomizador al 0,12% sobre la flora microbiana de la cavidadoral. Es de gran interés determinar si tienen la misma eficiencia el colutorio y atomizador del gluconato declorhexidina al 0,12%; así como si diluir el gluconato de clorhexidina al 0,12% en ¾ partes con agua sigueteniendo la misma eficacia. Para comprobar esto se eligieron cinco microorganismos presentes en la cavidadoral, primero se realizó un conteo inicial del número de microorganismos, luego se aplicó el antisépticomencionado previamente manipulando su concentración y presentación; y, por último, se realizó un conteofinal para así comparar los resultados y demostrar su eficacia. Se mostró que tanto el colutorio puro comoel diluido presentan la misma seguridad, y esta es menor que la presentada por el spray. Por lo mencionadoanteriormente, se puede concluir que el colutorio y el atomizador de gluconato de clorhexidina al 0,12% notienen la misma garantía, y esta es superada por el atomizador.

  The main objective of the research was to analyze the in vitro effectiveness of chlorhexidine gluconatemouthwash at different concentrations and spray the same at 0.12% on the microbial flora of the oral cavity.It is of great interest to study whether is equally effective mouthwash atomizer and chlorhexidine gluconate0.12 % as well as if dilute chlorhexidine gluconate 0,12 % in three quarters with water still has the sameeffectiveness. To check these five microorganisms were chosen in the oral cavity, first an initial count of thenumber of microorganisms, then the previously mentioned antiseptic handling and presentation concentrationwas applied, and finally a final count is performed in order to compare results and demonstrate its effectiveness.It was shown that both pure and diluted mouthwash having the same effectiveness, and this is lower than thatpresented by the spray. As mentioned above, one can conclude that the mouthwash and spray chlorhexidinegluconate 0,12 % do not have the same effectiveness, being more effective the spray.
