Resumen de El meme como metáfora: no es lo visto sino lo dicho

  El meme es una realización metafórica cotidiana. Si bien su presencia virtual es actualmente ineludible, su creación requiere sagacidad y habilidad poética. El objetivo del siguiente artículo consiste en explorar la propiedad metafórica del meme y su existencia como poética del siglo XXI a través de una metodología documental y desde una perspectiva filosófica-sociológica. Se inicia con la importancia de la semejanza en la composición metafórica. Se explora la cópula irreflexiva (as if implícito) y su papel en la generación existencial de experiencias y objetos. A continuación, se aborda la potencia representativa del meme mediante la filosofía de Nelson Goodman en Los lenguajes del arte. Se examina la relación del meme con la referencia, la denotación y la posibilidad de informar y comunicar a través de la emoción. Por último, y de la mano de Paul Ricoeur en La metáfora viva y Hermenéutica y acción, se propone la innovación semántica que entraña el meme: Un modo de realización de la adaptación del lenguaje a un mundo en constante expansión.

  The meme is an everyday metaphorical realization. Although its virtual presence is currently inescapable, its creation requires astuteness and poetic skill. The objective of the following article is to explore the metaphorical property of the meme and its existence as poetics of the 21st century through a documentary methodology and from a philosophical-sociological perspective. It begins with the importance of similarity in metaphorical composition. The unreflective copula (implicit as if) and its role in the existential generation of experiences and objects are explored. Next, the representative power of the meme is addressed through the philosophy of Nelson Goodman in The Languages of Art. The relationship of the meme with the reference, the denotation and the possibility of informing and communicating through emotion are examined. Lastly, and by the hand of Paul Ricoeur in The living metaphor and Hermeneutics and action, the semantic innovation that the meme entails is proposed: A way of carrying out the adaptation of language to a world in constant expansion
