    • The purpose of the article is to study the possibilities to administer judicial proceedings with the use of information technologies at the current stage of judicial reform in Ukraine. The research methods are: formal and logical, analysis and synthesis, comparative and legal, generalization, forecasting, etc. The issue of the possibility and expediency of introducing full-fledged electronic justice in Ukraine in terms of the martial law has been considered. The authors have characterized the Strategy for the Development of the Justice System and Constitutional Judiciary for 2021-2023 in the context of ensuring the development of e-judiciary. The organizational and legal, financial and technical problems on the implementation of the Electronic Court and the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System have been defined. The authors have characterized the factors that must be taken into account while adopting a law on the effective regulation of remote and electronic justice in terms of the martial law or the state of emergency. It has been emphasized that the main indicator for the effective functioning of remote justice should be maintaining a balance between ensuring the right to access to justice and ensuring the safety of court proceedings participants.
