La justicia restaurativa en los delitos de la propiedad

    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la justicia restaurativa en los delitos de la propiedad. Se utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos.  Se apoyó en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye que, solución y resultado esperado al ser ley de carácter orgánica es que el planteamiento del tema llegue a la Asamblea Nacional y por tanto se genere como parte de la actividad punitiva la justicia restaurativa basado en un modelo conciliador en el sistema procesal ecuatoriano que se incluiría para la fiscalía del cantón Salcedo en las próximas generaciones sin retrotraer a un sistema poco viable que degenera a un delito tipificado fraude procesal.

    The general objective of the research was to legally analyze restorative justice in property crimes. The quantitative method was used, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection.  It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that the solution and expected result, being an organic law, is that the approach of the topic reaches the National Assembly and therefore restorative justice is generated as part of the punitive activity based on a conciliatory model in the Ecuadorian procedural system that would be included for the prosecutor's office of the Salcedo canton in the next generations without going back to a not very viable system that degenerates to a crime typified as procedural fraud.
