Resumen de Rehabilitación social y crisis en el sistema penitenciario ecuatoriano

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la rehabilitación social y crisis en el sistema penitenciario ecuatoriano. Se utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Se apoyó en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se empleó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye que, la crisis penitenciaria se ha evidenciado que no es un tema reciente, sino más bien al pasar los años ha sido un tema que ha ganado más profundidad y gravedad del asunto; ya que las políticas que se han establecidos solo han sido para poner un parche en la problemática más profunda como es la rehabilitación de los privados de libertad.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the social rehabilitation and crisis in the Ecuadorian penitentiary system. The quantitative method was used, which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that the penitentiary crisis has been evidenced that it is not a recent issue, but rather, as the years have gone by, it has been an issue that has gained more depth and seriousness; since the policies that have been established have only been to put a patch on the deepest problem such as the rehabilitation of those deprived of liberty.
