Resumen de Aplicación de la criminología clínica en las investigaciones forenses del robo de automotores

  El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la aplicación de la criminología clínica en las investigaciones forenses del robo de automotores. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Se apoyó en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo.  Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye que, Los organismos estatales encargados del control social, se ven limitados en su accionar, por cuanto no le dan la relevancia pertinente a la Criminología, que es la ciencia en materia penal que trata las conductas antisociales, por lo tanto, necesita del apoyo de investigaciones forenses, que pueden ser realizados en el campo y en laboratorio a cargo del personal del Sistema Especializado Integral de Investigación, de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses con intervención de psicólogos criminólogos que elaboran el perfil criminológico.

  The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the application of clinical criminology in forensic investigations of motor vehicle theft. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied.  The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that the state agencies in charge of social control are limited in their actions, because they do not give the pertinent relevance to Criminology, which is the science in criminal matters that deals with antisocial behaviors, therefore, it needs the support of forensic investigations, which can be carried out in the field and in the laboratory by the personnel of the Integral Specialized System of Investigation, Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences with the intervention of criminological psychologists who elaborate the criminological profile.
