    El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la rehabilitación y reinserción familiar del sentenciado por violencia contra la mujer. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Se apoyó en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Además, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. En conclusión, la rehabilitación con miras a lograr la reinserción social de cualquier persona privada de libertad resulta ser un tema complejo de realizar en la práctica, puesto que requiere no solo de un ordenamiento jurídico acorde y proclive al tratamiento respetuoso de los derechos de estas personas en su condición de vulnerabilidad.

    The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the rehabilitation and family reintegration of those sentenced for violence against women. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data that originate from data collection. It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. In conclusion, rehabilitation with a view to achieving the social reintegration of any person deprived of liberty turns out to be a complex issue to carry out in practice, since it requires not only a legal system that is in line with and prone to the respectful treatment of the rights of these persons in their condition of vulnerability.
