    El objetivo general de investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el principio de objetividad en la valoración de testimonios de agentes aprehensores. La presente investigación utilizó el método cuantitativo el cual produce datos descriptivos, que se originan por la recolección de datos. Apoyado en la revisión documental-bibliográfica. Conjuntamente, se aplicó el método inductivo-deductivo. Se planteó además el método analítico-sintético. Se concluye que, la incorrecta aplicación del principio de objetividad puede conllevar a que se vulneren más principios e incluso el debido proceso garantizado por la Constitución ecuatoriana por lo que se evidencia claramente en esta investigación siendo necesario buscar mecanismos a fin de que se garantice los derechos constitucionales y los establecidos en tratados internacionales.

    The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the principle of objectivity in the evaluation of testimonies of apprehending agents. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. Together, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also proposed. It is concluded that the incorrect application of the principle of objectivity may lead to the violation of more principles and even the due process guaranteed by the Ecuadorian Constitution, which is clearly evidenced in this research and it is necessary to seek mechanisms to guarantee the constitutional rights and those established in international treaties.
