    El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente el teletrabajo y los derechos de las mujeres embarazadas en el sector público, Latacunga, Ecuador. Se desarrolló desde el paradigma positivista, desde el enfoque cuantitativo, además las fuentes de información fueron documentales por lo que resultó necesario recurrir a datos teóricos que se obtuvieron en los diferentes repositorios y bibliotecas tanto físicas como digitales, leyes, trabajos arbitrados y tesis. Se aplicó una encuesta a funcionarias del Consejo de la Judicatura de Latacunga en situación de teletrabajo, de forma aleatoria a un número de 20 mujeres con un cuestionario estructurado de cinco preguntas. Se concluye que, la importancia del reconocimiento de las personas consideradas como grupo de atención prioritaria, en especial de las mujeres que se encuentran en estado de gestación, hace que estas sean protegidas mediante derechos, principios y garantías que se encuentran establecidas en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador.

    The objective of the investigation was to analyze legally the telework and the rights of pregnant women in the public sector, Latacunga, Ecuador. It was developed from the positivist paradigm, from the quantitative approach, in addition the sources of information were documentary so it was necessary to resort to theoretical data that were obtained in different repositories and libraries both physical and digital, laws, refereed works and theses. A survey was applied to officials of the Council of the Judiciary of Latacunga in teleworking situation, randomly to a number of 20 women with a structured questionnaire of five questions. It is concluded that, the importance of the recognition of the persons considered as group of priority attention, especially of the women who are in state of gestation, makes that these are protected by means of rights, principles and guarantees that are established in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador.
