  Tener una visión general de la cogeneración, su estado actual y futuro tanto en el Perú como en el plano internacional permitiría analizar las alternativas de desarrollo de esta tecnología en el país, teniendo en cuenta el actual marco regulatorio y las condiciones de infraestructura disponibles sobre el uso del gas natural con la finalidad de diversificar la matriz energética nacional. Dentro de ello, el análisis de sensibilidad es una herramienta que proporciona elementos de valor sobre la factibilidad de la instalación de un determinado sistema de Cogeneración en la industria. Los sistemas deCogeneración hoy disponibles, no solamente se caracterizan por su importante ventaja energética ymedio ambiental, sino también por ser inversiones de alta rentabilidad. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se muestra una metodología de cálculo para estimar el potencial de cogeneración de una planta industrial de manera rápida, segura y confiable, usando para ello un software básico diseñado en el entorno del MS Excel 2007

  Having a general vision of cogeneration, its current and future status both in Peru and internationally would allow analyzing the alternatives for the development of this technology in the country, taking into account the current regulatory framework and the infrastructure conditions available on the use of natural gas with the purpose of diversifying the national energy matrix. Within this, sensitivity analysis is a tool that provides valuable elements about the feasibility of installing a specific Cogeneration system in the industry. The systemsCogeneration available today, are not only characterized by their important energy advantage and environmental, but also for being highly profitable investments. In the development of this work, a calculation methodology is shown to estimate the cogeneration potential of an industrial plant quickly, safely and reliably, using basic software designed in the MS Excel 2007 environment.
