Las condiciones laborales y la productividad de los clérigos: Un enfoque a las entidades religiosas católicas masculina de la ciudad de Guayaquil

    El estudio hace énfasis en la importancia a las condiciones laborales y su relación con la productividad en el sector de los Clérigos. La Salud y la calidad de vida laboral se pueden ver afectada por este síndrome de Burnout como resultado de padecer estrés crónico, a la vez involucra actitudes negativas y emociones desagradables en el ámbito laboral y en su entorno. La carga laboral, las condiciones laborales entre otras son factores que inciden en el bienestar de los Clérigos haciéndolos vulnerable. Aumentar la productividad se convierte en un objetivo esencial para cada organización. Como objetivo es conocer en qué condiciones laborales y productivas se encuentran los clérigos. Se emplea tres instrumentos: El MBI, entrevista y cuestionario sociodemográfico. Las condiciones laborales, clima laboral y productividad, se ha podido determinar que los clérigos están padeciendo del síndrome de Burnout puesto al estrés que viven en cada una de sus parroquias.Este tipo de sector juegan un papel importante en el servicio ofrecido a los feligreses, sin embargo, se olvidan de analizar los problemas que perjudican a las personas que trabajan en ellos e inciden en la productividad de los mismos. Al considerar el personal de este Sector como un elemento importante se requiere crear condiciones laborales, clima laboral adecuado, propicio, agradable y así lograr satisfacción personal. Muchos de los sacerdotes terminan sufriendo el síndrome de burnout, siendo este un problema que afecta la salud y la calidad de vida laboral. El artículo concluye precisando las fundamentaciones teóricas y metodológicas del proyecto.

    The study emphasizes the importance of working conditions and their relationship with productivity in the clergy sector. Health and quality of work life can be affected by this Burnout syndrome as a result of suffering from chronic stress, at the same time it involves negative attitudes and unpleasant emotions in the workplace and in its environment. The workload, working conditions, among others, are factors that affect the well-being of the Clerics, making them vulnerable. Increasing productivity becomes an essential objective for every organization. The objective is to know in what working and productive conditions are clerics. Three instruments are used: the MBI, interview and sociodemographic questionnaire. The working conditions, work climate and productivity, it has been possible to determine that the clergy are suffering from the Burnout syndrome due to the stress that they live in each of their parishes. This type of sector plays an important role in the service offered to the parishioners, however, they forget to analyze the problems that harm the people who work in them and affect their productivity. Considering the personnel of this Sector as an important element, it is necessary to create working conditions, a suitable, conducive and pleasant working environment and thus achieve personal satisfaction. Many of the priests end up suffering from burnout syndrome, this being a problem that affects health and quality of work life. The article concludes by specifying the theoretical and methodological foundations of the project.
