Resumen de Appunti sul diritto del potere collettivo del lavoro
The article proposes a reflection on the labor collective power starting from the economic and political function enshrined in the Italian Constitution. The perspective is economic and industrial democracy. To this end, workers’ participation rights need to be strengthened also with respect to co-management forms (hard participation). In this perspective, the author also points to some problems relating to the function and functioning of the rights of the labor collective power to democratize the production process
