    La presente investigación busca analizar el comportamiento electoral en los ciudadanos de la provincia de Trujillo 2023, a través de las dimensiones racionales o afinidad partidaria y la determinación socio histórica de los electores, así también analizar variables intervinientes. A nivel de metodología tenemos una investigación del tipo básica, diseño no experimental, se realizó evaluación de forma voluntaria y anónima; se tomó una muestra de 147 personas de los distritos de Trujillo que oscilan entre las edades de 18 a 60 años. Se utilizó el cuestionario que contiene 26 ítems. A nivel de resultamos tenemos un nivel alto del 83.67% en la tendencia del comportamiento electoral frente a todo aquello relacionado con la política en la provincia de Trujillo, y a nivel de hallazgos tenemos que un 74.83% indica que no hay preferencia por un líder político, y un 68.03% no tiene preferencia por - 67 - un partido o movimiento regional. Así también existe una relación entre partido político y político del 0,807 que es significativo hecho que requiere profundizar en conocimiento a través de nuevas investigaciones. De acuerdo a los resultados se establece que los electores tienen determinados comportamientos que los motiva a elegir a una autoridad.

    The present investigation seeks to analyze the electoral behavior in the citizens of the province of Trujillo 2023, through the rational dimensions or party affinity and the socio-historical determination of the voters, as well as to analyze intervening variables. At the methodology level we have a basic type of research, non-experimental design, evaluation was carried out voluntarily and anonymously; A sample of 147 people from the districts of Trujillo ranging from18 to 60 years of age was taken. The questionnaire containing 26 items was used. At the level of results we have a high level of 83.67% in the trend of electoral behavior compared to everything related to politics in the province of Trujillo, and at the level of findings we have that 74.83% indicates that there is no preference for a political leader, and 68.03% have no preference for a party or regional movement. Thus, there is also a relationship between political party and politician of 0.807, which is a significant fact that requires deepening knowledge through new research. According to the results, it is established that voters have certain behaviors that motivate them to choose an authority.
