    Se ejecuta la presente investigación en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Complejo Minorista Trinidad, perteneciente a la Corporación CIMEX de Sancti Spíritus, teniendo presente como objetivo general desarrollar un Sistema de pago que contribuya al incremento de la productividad y los incentivos salariales de los trabajadores. Con este fin se realiza un análisis de la literatura especializada para precisar los principales aspectos conceptuales involucrados en la investigación. Es necesario ejecutar un diagnóstico de los sistemas de pago aplicados e insuficiencias presentadas en su aplicación. De acuerdo a los resultados de la caracterización y diagnóstico, se hace la propuesta del diseño del sistema de pago acorde a la legislación vigente establecida por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS), cuyos contenidos abordan las normas y procedimientos regulatorios para su diseño y aplicación. En el desarrollo de la exposición se utilizan el método analítico- sintético, inductivo- deductivo y enfoque de sistema. En el nivel empírico, se trabajó con el análisis de documentos y el criterio de expertos, entre otros. Este sistema está orientado a lograr un incremento en la productividad del trabajo y la remuneración de los trabajadores.

    The present investigation is carried out in the Business Unit of the Trinidad Retail Complex Base, belonging to the CIMEX Corporation of Sancti Spíritus, having as a general objective the development of a Payment System that contributes to the increase of the productivity and the salary incentives of the workers. To this end, an analysis of the specialized literature is made to specify the main conceptual aspects involved in the research. It is necessary to execute a diagnosis of the applied payment systems and insufficiencies presented in its application. According to the results of the characterization and diagnosis, the proposal for the design of the payment system is made according to the current legislation established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (MTSS), whose contents address the standards and regulatory procedures for its design and application. In the development of the exhibition the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive method and system approach are used. At the empirical level, we worked with the analysis of documents and the criteria of experts, among others. This system is aimed at achieving an increase in the productivity of work and the remuneration of workers.
