    Aunque breve, Guillermo de Torre y Vicente Aleixandre mantuvieron entre sí un diálogo epistolar entre 1948 y 1966 que gira en torno a asuntos literarios y editoriales. Aleixandre se preocupó porque su obra se difundiera por Hispanoamérica y también realizó gestiones ante Losada en favor de su amigo Miguel Hernández. Por otra parte, las cartas revelan el común fondo liberal de ambos corresponsales y el intento de edificar un puente de diálogo entre los miembros menos sectarios del exilio interior y exterior. Aunque de forma elíptica, Aleixandre muestra su satisfacción por la caída del régimen peronista y su deseo de que algo similar ocurriera en España.

    Although brief, Guillermo de Torre and Vicente Aleixandre maintained an epistolary dialogue between 1948 and 1966 that revolves around literary and editorial matters. Aleixandre was con-cerned that his work would spread throughout Latin America and also made representations to Losada on behalf of his friend Miguel Hernández. On the other hand, the letters reveal the com-mon liberal background of both correspondents and the attempt to build a bridge of dialogue between the less sectarian members of the internal and external exile. Although in an elliptical manner, Aleixandre shows his satisfaction with the fall of the Peronist regime and his desire for something similar to happen in Spain.
