    En momentos de una creciente demanda de profesores con habilidades digitales avanzadas, asumimos el reto de investigar las diferentes partes de las competencias de la tecnología digital. El objetivo del estudio fue establecer el nivel de relación que existe entre la tecnología digital y la metamorfosis en la enseñanza docente. Se realizó un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, corte transversal y nivel ordinal. El impacto, producto de la Pandemia se ha dado en este contexto educativo transformando al docente en sus estrategias de enseñanza con efectos en cada rincón del mundo, no solo desde la tecnología misma sino desde la pedagogía, la comunicación, la administración, en un marco de participación activa de los alumnos, el fomento de un ambiente de respecto así como la evaluación de su aprendizajes. Trabajamos en una muestra de 60 docentes de diferentes instituciones de nivel de educación básica, el método que se utilizó fue el analítico, el diseño empleado fue el correlacional descriptivo, diseño no experimental, Utilizamos para la recolección de datos la encuentra y como instrumento el cuestionario, validado por Juicio de expertos. Los resultados se obtuvieron por estadística descriptiva y para el contraste de hipótesis la estadística inferencial mediante el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman. Se obtuvo un valor de r= 0.73 según la Correlación de Spearman, y un valor de sigma menor de 0,05 rechazando así la hipótesis nula y aceptando  la hipótesis postulada en el estudio: la tecnología digital tiene relación significativa alta con la metamorfosis de la enseñanza docente.

    At a time of increasing demand for teachers with advanced digital skills, we took on the challenge of investigating the different parts of digital technology competencies. The objective of the study was to establish the level of relationship that exists between digital technology and the metamorphosis in teacher education. A study was carried out with a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, cross-sectional and ordinal level. The impact, as a result of the Pandemic, has occurred in this educational context, transforming the teacher in their teaching strategies with effects in every corner of the world, not only from the technology itself but from pedagogy, communication, administration, in a framework of active participation of students, the promotion of an environment of respect as well as the evaluation of their learning. We worked on a sample of 60 teachers from different institutions at the basic education level, the method used was the analytical, the design used was the descriptive correlational, non-experimental design. We used the find for data collection and the questionnaire as an instrument. , validated by expert judgment. The results were obtained by descriptive statistics and for hypothesis testing, inferential statistics using Spearman's Rho statistician. A value of r= 0.73 was obtained according to the Spearman Correlation, and a sigma value of less than 0.05, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the hypothesis postulated in the study: digital technology has a highly significant relationship with the metamorphosis of the teacher teaching.
