Resumen de Investigación forense del Antígeno Específico de Próstata (PSA) en delitos de agresión sexual, en diversos fluidos biológicos humanos de interés forense

Se ha cuantificado la presencia de Antígeno Específico de Próstata (PSA) en el fluido seminal. El PSA es una proteína seminal bastante estudiada, se ha realizado la determinación de la presencia detectable mediante el método de Inmunoensayo ELISA en diversas muestras de interés forense como: fluidos biológicos de varones: sangre, orina, saliva, heces. Fluidos de mujeres: sangre menstrual, orina, hisopado vaginales y anales. Muestras mezcladas de sangre venosa y menstrual con semen diluido. En los fluidos que provienen de mujeres no se observa valores detectables de PSA, en cambio en los fluidos biológicos de varones como semen, sangre, orina, se detectó concentraciones apreciables de PSA. En la investigación de delitos sexuales la prueba de PSA por ELISA tiene una gran importancia en el diagnostico en la investigación Criminalística del semen, asimismo cuando exista la presencia de varios fluidos biológicos sobre un indicio debe interpretarse con mucha cautela los valores hallados por el laboratorio forense.

The presence of SpecificAntigen of Prostate (PSA) has been quantified in the seminal fluid. PSA is a seminal protein enough studied, the mediating presence the method of Inmunoensayo ELISA has been determined in diverse samples of forensic interest: males' biological fluids: blood, urine, saliva, feces. Women's fluids: blood menstrual, urine, vaginal fluid and anal sample. Mixed fluids of blood and menstrual blood with diluted semen. In the fluids that come from women it is not observed values detectables of PSA, on the other hand in the biological fluids of males as semen, blood, urinates, itwas detected appreciable concentrations of PSA. In the investigation of sexual crimes the test of PSA for ELISA has a great importance in the search and investigation in Forensic Biochemistry of the semen, when the presence of biological several fluids exists on an indication it should be interpreted with a lot of caution the values found by the forensic laboratory.
