Resumen de Aproximaciones del enfoque de género en la educación superior dominicana: percepciones y actitudes del alumnado universitario

  La educación superior dota de formación académica desde una perspectiva profesional, así como, promueve la formación integral del alumnado basada en valores éticos imprescindibles para desarrollar cambios necesarios en aras de una sociedad más equitativa e igualitaria. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es analizar la percepción y la actitud que muestra el alumnado hacia el tratamiento de la igualdad de género en el contexto universitario. La metodología de esta investigación es de un estudio cuantitativo a través de la implementación de un cuestionario, los datos obtenidos fueron analizados por el programa estadístico descriptivo JAMOVI. La muestra integrante estuvo comprendida por 424 estudiantes, todos los participantes cursan estudios universitarios de educación inicial, primaria y secundaria. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el alumnado tiene actitudes positivas hacia la igualdad de género, participa en actividades y trabajos relacionados con esta temática, perciben un ambiente positivo y están comprometidos activamente en promover el cambio en su entorno. No obstante, sobre la asistencia a actividades que implican tratar trabajos versados desde el enfoque de género, el alumnado se muestra más indiferente.

  Higher education provides academic training from a professional perspective as well as promotes the comprehensive training of students based on essential ethical values to develop necessary changes for the sake of a more equitable and egalitarian society. The objective of this research work is to analyze how students perceive and what attitude they show towards the treatment of gender equality in the university context. The methodology of this research is a quantitative study through the implementation of a questionnaire, the data obtained were analyzed by the descriptive statistical program JAMOVI. The sample consisted of 424 students, all participants are pursuing university studies in initial, primary and secondary education. The results obtained indicate that the students have positive attitudes towards gender equality, participate in activities and work related to this topic, perceive a positive environment and are actively committed to promoting change in their environment. Nevertheless, regarding attendance at activities that involve dealing with work from a gender perspective, students are more indifferent.

  高等教育从专业角度提供学术培训，并促进以道德价值观为基础对学生进行全面培训，这对发展必要的变革以建立一个更加公平和平等的社会至关重要。这项研究工作的目的是分析学生对大学中处理性别平等问题的看法和态度。本研究的方法是通过实施问卷调查进行定量研究，所获得的数据由描述性统计程序 JAMOVI 进行分析。样本由 424 名学生组成，他们都是接受初等、中等和高等教育的大学生。所得结果表明，学生们对性别平等持积极态度，参加与此问题有关的活动和工作，认为环境是积极的，并积极参与促进环境的改变。然而，在参加涉及性别相关工作的活动时，学生们的态度较为冷漠。
