    La reciente sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea en el asunto Mytilinaios anula la sentencia del Tribunal General de 22 de septiembre de 2021, declarando que el tribunal arbitral de la Autoridad Reguladora de la Energía de Grecia no puede ser equiparado a un tribunal ordinario y, por tanto, el laudo arbitral no es una medida estatal que puede constituir una ayuda de Estado.

    The recent judgment delivered by the European Court of Justice of the European Union sets aside the judgment of the General Court of the European Union of 22 September 2021. The Court of Justice states that the arbitration tribunal of the Greek Energy Regulator cannot be treated in the same way as an ordinary court and that the arbitration award is not a state measure capable of being considered as State aid.
