    En el marco del nuevo modelo económico cubano, el turismo constituye un pilar esencial, hacerlo de manera sostenible es garantía de su aporte en el tiempo. Con el objetivo de reflexionar sobre el turismo sostenible en Viñales y su implementación desde el Parque Nacional Viñales, nos centramos en los impactos que ha generado esta actividad y en la búsqueda de nuevas opcionales que tributan a la conservación del área protegida y al valor excepcional del sitio patrimonial. Los logros del trabajo están dados en el análisis de la experiencia que ha significado la generación de opcionales que permiten descongestionar la visitación hacia el Valle de Viñales, manteniendo los atractivos naturales que satisfagan a los diversos mercados emisores hacia este destino de turismo de naturaleza.

    Within the framework of the new Cuban economic model, tourism constitutes an essential pillar, doing it in a sustainable way is a guarantee of its contribution over time. With the aim of reflecting on sustainable tourism in Viñales and its implementation from the Viñales National Park, we focus on the impacts that this activity has generated and on the search for new options that contribute to the conservation of the protected area and the exceptional value of the heritage site. The achievements of the work are given in the analysis of the experience that has meant the generation of options that allow decongesting the visitation to the Viñales Valley, maintaining the natural attractions that satisfy the various issuing markets towards this nature tourism destination.
