Resumen de Experiencias en la germinación de Colpothrinax wrightii

En el presente trabajo se estudia la germinación o surgimiento del brote de Colpothrinax wrightii, mediante la realización de tres canteros con diferentes sustratos: arena, arena turba 1:1 y turba, dividiéndolos a su vez en dos secciones, para aplicar en la primera semillas sin ningún tratamiento germinativo y en la segunda imbibición en agua 72 hrs, para obtener una mayor masividad con el sustrato arena. Es importante este estudio en vistas a la conservación de la especie ya que esta se encuentra amenazada, En Peligro de extinción, y de esta forma se conoce cuáles son las formas de reproducirla y en qué tiempo se obtendrían las plántulas.

The present work studies the germination of Colpothrinax wrightii with the elaboration of 3 samples with different subtracts: sand, sand-mob1:1 and mob, divides in two sections, to apply in the first section seeds without any pre - germinative treatment and in the others sections water's imbibitions for 72 hrs, to obtain a massive germination in the sand substract. This study is very important for the conservation of the specie, because is In Danger of Extinction, and this way we can kwon which are the better procedments to reproduce it, and what is the time to obtain offshoots.
