    Este artículo de revisión contiene un análisis jurídico sobre la problemática del derecho a la libertad de religión desde un enfoque histórico constitucional con citación de actos de discriminación y referencia laboral, desde la postura del Tribunal constitucional y los alcances de la Constitución política peruana, como un derecho fundamental de profesar y practicar sus creencias religiosas en sujeción a las normas y tratados internacionales sobre derechos humanos afín a la IV Disposición Final y Transitoria de la Constitución en referencia.

    Se menciona un correlato histórico normativo disciplinar que busca mostrar cual fue la percepción de libertad de religión desde un revisión bibliográfica y estudios de casos con una aproximación a los derechos fundamentales frente a convicciones religiosas o ideológicas y objeciones de conciencia y actos de discriminación que nos brinda pinceladas interesantes frente a los desafíos históricos normativos anotados.

    This review article contains a legal analysis on the problem of the right to freedom of religion from a constitutional historical approach with citation of acts of discrimination and employment reference, from the position of the Constitutional Court and the scope of the Peruvian Constitution, as a fundamental right to profess and practice their religious beliefs in subjection to international norms and treaties on human rights related to the IV Final and Transitory Provision of the Constitution in reference.

    A disciplinary normative historical correlate is mentioned that seeks to show what was the perception of freedom of religion from a bibliographic review and case studies with an approach to fundamental rights in the face of religious or ideological convictions and conscientious objections and acts of discrimination that it offers us interesting brushstrokes against the annotated normative historical challenges.
