Resumen de Educar el ocio en la sociedad apresurada: El Ocio Valioso como horizonte

  Partiendo del conflicto de los tiempos sociales que caracteriza la actual sociedad red, en el presente trabajo se destaca la necesidad de repensar su organización y potenciar un mayor protagonismo de los tiempos de ocio, pues constituyen un referente para el desarrollo humano. Así, por medio de una fundamentada reflexión teórica, y justificada la importancia del ocio como tiempo con valor en sí mismo, el artículo tiene un doble objetivo: analizar las principales teorías que explican los diferentes grados de intensidad de la experiencia de ocio y su distinta influencia en el desarrollo humano, así como la importancia que tiene la educación del ocio en la conquista de aquellas experiencias más intensas y, por tanto, valiosas que son las que ofrecen mayores cotas de bienestar. Se concluye poniendo en valor la necesidad de plantear políticas públicas sobre los usos sociales del tiempo, que permitan armonizarlos a fin de que la ciudadanía encuentre en el ocio un ámbito de desarrollo y crecimiento personal.

      Starting from the conflict of the social times that characterizes the current network society, this paper highlights the need to rethink their organization and enhance a greater role of leisure time, since it is a reference for human development. Thus, by means of a grounded theoretical reflection, and justified the importance of leisure as a time with value in itself, the article has a twofold objective: to analyze the main theories that explain the different degrees of intensity of the leisure experience and its different influence on human development, as well as the importance    of leisure education in the achievement of those more intense experiences, and, therefore, more valuable that are those that offer higher levels of welfare. valuable experiences that offer greater levels of well-being. It is concluded by highlighting the need to propose public policies on the social use of time, which allows harmonizing them so that citizens find in leisure an area of development and personal growth.
