Resumen de Las conquistas de nuestros cuerpos: transformando la salud de las mujeres en el nuevo milenio

El presente trabajo intenta realizar un análisis del camino recorrido en relación a la salud sexual y (no) reproductiva de las mujeres en Argentina en los primeros años del siglo XXI, seleccionando el caso de la Provincia de Santa Fe. En este sentido, reflexionamos sobre los logros generados y los desafíos que se afrontaron en términos territoriales por lograr el cumplimiento de la Interrupción Legal del Embarazo, observando críticamente las formas y colores que asume en la red del sistema sanitario. Así mismo buscamos los elementos para observar los espacios donde se piensa la salud de las mujeres como un derecho y a sus cuerpos, territorios libres para poder decidir, deteniéndonos en las técnicas, las estrategias, lxs actores involucradxs y sus aliadxs. A partir este escrito creemos pertinente traer luz sobre la manera en que entendemos la salud sexual y (no) reproductiva, acordando que es la capacidad de los seres humanos de disfrutar de una vida sexual satisfactoria y sin riesgo de procrear y la libertad para decidirlo o no hacerlo, cuándo y con qué frecuencia.

This work attempts to carry out an analysis of the path taken in relation to the sexual and (non) reproductive health of women in Argentina in the early years of the 21st century, selecting the case of the Province of Santa Fe. In this sense, we reflect on the achievements generated and the challenges faced in territorial terms to achieve compliance with the Legal Interruption of Pregnancy, looking critically at the forms and colors that it assumes in the network of the health system. We also seek the elements to observe the spaces where women's health is thought of as a right and their bodies, free territories to be able to decide, stopping in the techniques, strategies, the actors involved and their allies. From this letter we believe it is pertinent to bring light on how we understand sexual and (non- reproductive) health, agreeing that it is the ability of humans to enjoy a fulfilling sex life and without risk of procreation and the freedom to decide or not do so, when and how often.
