    En el siguiente trabajo se explora la cobertura mediática por parte del diario zonal La Nueva Provincia en torno a la figura del escritor bahiense Héctor Libertella (1945-2006) con el fin de analizar en qué medida este medio gráfico participó y contribuyó en la construcción de su temprana imagen autoral, la difusión de sus logros y recorrido y la vinculación discursiva y textual con su ciudad natal. Por otra parte, la delimitación del archivo con el cual se trabaja supone otro tipo de abordaje trans-biográfico a la trayectoria y publicaciones del escritor.

    The following study explores the media coverage provided by the regional newspaper La Nueva Provincia regarding the bahian writer Héctor Libertella (1945-2006). The aim is to analyze the extent to which this print medium participated in and contributed to the formation of his early authorial image, the dissemination of his accomplishments and journey, and the discursive and textual connection with his hometown. Furthermore, the delineation of the archive under consideration entails a trans-biographical approach to the writer's career and publications.
