    Varón de 58 años que debe de acudir a visitas programadas en el centro para controlar su previa obesidad grado I. Pues tras la pandemia de SarsCov2 el paciente presenta ansiedad y estrés generando escasa actividad en su día a día, acompañado de sedentarismo por teletrabajo. A la consulta precisa control sobre su peso e IMC, glucemia basal alterada y toma de constantes vitales.

    Situación actual: Vive con su mujer y dos hijos en casa. El paciente en ocasiones se muestra poco colaborador ante la falta de control sobre el manejo de su salud. Confiesa que antes de la pandemia solía llevar una vida mucho más activa. Matrimonio bien posicionado en cuanto a su vida laboral se refiere.

    Antecedentes previos de interés: Hipertenso.

    Operado de hernia inguinal 2005.

    Operado de hallux valgus en 1999.

    El paciente se muestra preocupado ante el aumento de peso tras la pandemia.

    A 58-year-old man who must attend scheduled visits at the center to control his previous grade I obesity. After the Sars Cov 2 pandemic, the patient presents anxiety and stress, generating little activity in his daily life, accompanied by a sedentary lifestyle due to teleworking. At the consultation, he requires control of his weight and BMI, altered basal blood glucose, and taking vital signs.

    Current situation: He lives with his wife and two children at home. The patient is sometimes uncooperative due to the lack of control over the management of their health. He confesses that before the pandemic he used to lead a much more active life. Marriage well positioned in terms of their work life.

    Previous history of interest: Hypertension.

    Inguinal hernia surgery 2005 Had hallux valgus surgery in 1999.

    The patient is concerned about weight gain after the pandemic.
