    Es necesario avanzar en el estudio específico del ámbito de la Economía Social (ES) y su contribución, entre otros aspectos, al empleo y a la resiliencia económica, tanto en su vertiente cuantitativa como cualitativa. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar un análisis descriptivo sobre la contribución de la ES a la evolución de la tasa de ocupación de hombres y mujeres en las comarcas de la Comunidad Autónoma Vasca para el periodo 2016-2020.

    Así, por un lado, se presentarán las variables que permiten caracterizar la ES a nivel comarcal y, por otro, teniendo en cuenta la tasa de empleo para el periodo 2016-2020, se construirá un índice que ha sido denominado como Impact on Employment (IOE), tanto para hombres como mujeres, que permitirá determinar el grado de correlación entre la ES y la tasa de ocupación- Finalmente, los resultados obtenidos en este estudio a partir de los diferentes pasos mencionados corroboran la existencia de una contribución diferenciada entre la tasa empleo de las mujeres y la de los hombres, lo que requiere de una mayor investigaciones, tanto para su caracterización como para la interpretación de dicha realidad.

    It is necessary to advance in the specific study of the field of the Social Economy (SE) and its contribution, among other aspects, to employment and economic resilience, both in quantitative and qualitative terms. The aim of this paper is to present a descriptive analysis of the contribution of the SE to the evolution of the employment rate of men and women in the counties of the Basque Autonomous Community for the period 2016-2020. Thus, on the one hand, the variables that characterise the SE at the county level are presented and, on the other hand, taking into account the employment rate for the period 2016-202, an index called Impact on Employment (IOE) is constructed for both men and women, which allows us to determine the degree of correlation between SE and the employment rate. Finally, the results obtained in this study confirmthe existence of a differentiated contribution between the employment rate of women and that of men, , which requires further research, both for its characterisation and for the interpretation of this reality

    Ekonomia Sozialaren (ES) eremuaren berariazko azterketan aurrera egitea beharrezkoa da, eta, besteak beste, enpleguari eta erresilientzia ekonomikoari egiten dion ekarpena aztertzea; bai alderdi kuantitatiboari dagokionean, bai alderdi kualitatiboari dagokionean ere. Ikerketa lan honen helburua, 2016-2020 aldian ESak Euskal Autonomia Erkidegoko (EAE) eskualde ezberdinetako gizonen eta emakumeen okupazio-tasaren bilakaeran izan duen eraginari buruzko azterketa deskriptiboa aurkezten da. Horrenbestez, alde batetik, EAEko eskualde mailako ES ezaugarritzea ahalbidetzen duten aldagaiak aurkeztuko dira, bestetik, 2016-2020 aldirako okupazio-tasa kontuan izanik Impact On Employment (IOE) moduan izendatu den indize bat eraikiko da, gizon zein emakumeentzat, zeinak ESren eta okupazio-tasaren arteko korrelazio maila zehaztea ahalbidetuko duen.
