    El derecho a la salud, por su carácter inherente a la existencia de todo ser humano, se encuentra protegido en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Esto persigue la justicia social, en aras de una igualdad real y efectiva. Abriendo la oportunidad a la accesibilidad a la atención de salud, para todas las personas que por su condición económica, física o mental se hallen en circunstancias de debilidad manifiesta. En forma primordial, este derecho busca el aseguramiento del derecho fundamental por naturaleza: la vida. Exigiendo un tratamiento prioritario y preferencial por parte del gobierno y del legislador, en aras a su efectiva protección.

    The right to health, because of its inherent character to the existence of every human being, is protected in our legal system. This pursues social justice, for the sake of real and effective equality. Opening the opportunity to the accessibility to are in circumstances of manifest weakness. Primarily, this right seeks the assurance of the fundamental right by nature: life. Requiring a priority and preferential treatment by the government and the legislator, in order to effectively protect it.
