    Asumiendo la tradición de pensamiento latinoamericano que reivindica la reflexión filosófica sobre problemas que hacen parte de nuestra vida cotidiana y considera que el saber contextual se constituye en un aporte para poder encontrar caminos de liberación, se aborda el estudio del Punto 2. Participación política: Apertura democrática para construir la paz del Acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la construcción de una paz estable y duradera (2016), suscrito entre el Estado colombiano y las FARC-EP. Esta reflexión pretende ampliar el horizonte interpretativo y la comprensión de los procesos democráticos en Colombia tomando el acuerdo como referencia que permite evaluar los reclamos históricos de apertura en la política del país. La contextualización histórica que se hace tiene en sí misma una posición crítico-hermenéutica que resalta la violencia política que se ha vivido en Colombia; de esta manera, se busca enfocar los procesos de paz de las últimas décadas como parte del camino recorrido en la difícil solución a los conflictos. Finalmente, se analiza el Punto 2 del AFP teniendo en cuenta los informes de su implementación y los aportes que se puede hacer desde las corrientes liberacionistas latinoamericanas, resaltando aquellos elementos que permiten profundizar la acción democrática en el país.

    Assuming the tradition of Latin American’s thought that vindicates the philosophical reflection on problems that are part of our daily life and which considers that the contextual knowledge constitutes a contribution to find ways of liberation, the study of Point 2, (Political participation: Democratic openness to build peace of the Final Agreement for the termination of the conflict and the construction of a stable and lasting peace (2016), signed between the Colombian State and the FARC-EP), is approached. This reflection aims to broaden the interpretive horizon and the understanding of democratic processes in Colombia by taking the agreement as a reference that allows us to evaluate the historical claims of openness in the politics of the country. The historical background that is made has in itself a critical-hermeneutic position that highlights the political violence which has been experienced in Colombia; in this way, we aim to focus on the peace processes of the last decades, as part of the journey made in the difficult solution to the conflicts. Finally, Point 2 of the AFP is analyzed by taking into account the reports of its implementation and the contributions that can be made from the Latin American liberationist currents. This is done by highlighting those elements that allow the democratic action in the country be deepened.
