    En la sociedad actual, el concepto de desarrollo integral ha adquirido una relevancia impresionante, entendiéndose como el proceso de crecimiento y evolución de un individuo en todas las dimensiones de su ser; tanto: física, cognitiva, emocional y social, para alcanzar un desarrollo integral, es necesario contar con una formación basada en competencias; las mismas que son conjuntos de conocimientos, habilidades, actitudes y valores que permiten a las personas enfrentar eficazmente los retos y demandas del entorno en el que se desenvuelven.    En las comunidades la pobreza se revela en cada hogar que componen dichas zonas, no se ha logrado extinguir los síntomas de políticas egoístas que cada gobierno de turno ha aplicado emergiendo de estas entrañas altos índices de analfabetismo, desnutrición, migración y la muerte que asecha en cada intento por escapar de sus realidades, ha hecho que esta puerta cobre muchas vidas.  Cada gobierno de turno emite políticas educativas que no son inclusivas peor aún respondan a sus realidades que logren formar niños, niñas, jóvenes con un perfil competitivo que les permitan desarrollarse de manera integral y plena para formar lideres empoderados, sabedores y portadores de soluciones siendo protagonistas activos para brindar oportunidades a sus pueblos vulnerados, explotados y trabajadores capaces de forjar cambios con lucha constante.

    La educación es la alternativa más profunda para cambiar esta nefasta realidad, ellos lo han entendido razón por lo cual han optado por continuar sus estudios secundarios en instituciones educativas que ofertan formación semipresencial siendo el mayor apoyo para poder trabajar de lunes a viernes, y puedan continuar sus estudios los fines de semana (sábado y domingo) de esta forma apoyar económicamente a sus hermanos menores para la comida y educación que apenas les alcanza.  En este ensayo, se explorará cómo la formación de competencias contribuye al desarrollo integral de las personas.

    In today’s society, the concept of integral development has acquired impressive relevance, being understood as the process of growth and evolution of an individual in all dimensions of his being; both: physical, cognitive, emotional and social, to achieve comprehensive development, it is necessary to have a training based on competencies; the same ones that are sets of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that allow people to effectively face the challenges and demands of the environment in which they operate. In the communities, poverty is revealed in each home that makes up these areas, it has not been possible to extinguish the symptoms of selfish policies that each government in power has applied, emerging from these bowels high rates of illiteracy, malnutrition, migration and death that lurks in each attempt to escape from their realities has caused this door to take many lives. Each government on duty issues educational policies that are not inclusive, worse still respond to their realities that manage to train boys, girls, young people with a competitive profile that allow them to develop fully and comprehensively to train empowered leaders, knowledgeable and bearers of solutions being protagonists. assets to offer opportunities to their vulnerable, exploited and hard-working peoples capable of forging changes with constant struggle. Education is the deepest alternative to change this dire reality, they have understood it, which is why they have chosen to continue their secondary studies in educational institutions that offer blended learning, being the greatest support to be able to work from Monday to Friday, and can continue their studies on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in this way financially support their younger siblings for food and education that is barely enough for them. In this essay, it will be explored how the formation of competences contributes to the integral development of people.
